TL;DR - Carry sanitizing wipes for your chairs if you plan on eating there, and hope the associates give you a good price when you ask. Another first-time visit after witnessing their interesting practices in Irving (a few miles SE). Visited on a weekday; first things first, the facility looked clean and bright, with no sticky floors or flies, until I had to see someone with their bare feet in a chair and the staff would do nothing. Finally, I had to finish my ice cream on the road, as I could only stand the bare feet right in front of me for so long. The menu board again listed only a handful of items across four digital screens, and there were no physical menus available. Since it was my first visit, I ordered a simple scoop of ice cream for $4.49, which was 10% cheaper than what I paid at Irving (lucky here). This time, I was lucky that my confectioner took the time to give me a generous scoop, even though it was not close to other local & national chains. Again, as I explored the rest of the store, I noticed that many retail items had no visible pricing. Continues to have the same issues and concerns with pricing. Was visiting Dallas and in Frisco area when I saw this huge ice cream shop.. kwality is a famous brand and we also have a branch in New Jersey.. the size of the Texas branch is huge and they also do other things not only ice cream.. service was very quick and there was also lots of seats inside to sit and eat .. 100 Fahrenheit temperature outside, the air-conditioning inside was super cool unlike a lot of other shops in Main Street.. Ordered mango shake, and it was absolutely awesome… tasted real mangoes within the shake. The shake was thick, unlike other shops where they make it with more milk and thin: price price it was OK.. couldn’t try their ice cream but they have some really awesome flavors.. lots and lots of parking outside.. fantastic location and conveniently located right next to a lot of other shops.. 5/5 for this business ! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Kwality Walls has a great variety of Indian ice cream flavors that are hard to find elsewhere. The taste was good, and I enjoyed having so many authentic options to choose from. That said, I found the ice cream a bit too sweet for my preference. I also felt it was slightly overpriced—I paid around $10 and was expecting a larger portion for the price. Overall, it’s a good place to satisfy Indian ice cream cravings, and I’d visit again to try more flavors.

On a summer afternoon we have had milkshakes from here was freshly made and good. The coffee with icecream and butterscotch was really good. We have also tried chikoo shake. They have Indianised cake pastries and birthday cakes and ice-cream flavours. Everything was good , cool place to get a quick bite and drink.

We had an awesome time at this ice cream shop in Frisco and really loved our visit. The atmosphere is clean, bright, and super welcoming, making it ideal for families. We tried the mango falooda, and it was incredibly tasty—full of rich mango flavor, just the right amount of sweetness, and packed with falooda ingredients. It tasted fresh and authentic, bringing back memories of traditional Indian desserts. We also enjoyed the vanilla ice cream, which was smooth, creamy, and surprisingly rich in flavor. You can definitely tell they use high-quality ingredients in their ice creams. The portion sizes were generous and totally worth the price. The staff was friendly, patient, and eager to explain the menu options. Service was quick, even though the shop was bustling. All in all, a fantastic place for dessert enthusiasts. I highly recommend checking this spot out if you’re in Frisco and in the mood for a refreshing, high-quality treat.
